Wonderful product, same as shown!

I recently purchased two hiking sticks from this website. Unfortunately, the quality of the sticks was only average. Additionally, I noticed that the stick shown in the first picture on the website did not match what was actually sent to me. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website. Not only do they offer below-average products, but their staff members also exhibit rude behavior.

I ordered two pairs of snow gaiters and hiking sticks, the quality of sticks is very bad. The gaiters in pics and in real are totally different, just a trap by showing fake pictures on the website. When asked for return they say it's upon the customer to bear the delivery charges. I would highly suggest refraining ordering anything from this website. Their behavior on call was rude.
