Stuff not good as shown

I have ordered balaklava and got fleece toque, still in the packing and was never replaced

I bought Balaclava,which is good ,but I need more color options! And what is the additional taxe for and the parking is much cheap,I was expecting my parcel to come in some type of good pakging but it came in clear plastic bag ! You need to improve your taxe system and pakging
